  1. Power Plant: run-down building, next to the waterway, covered in graffiti
  2. Subway: dirty, old, heavily-used
  3. Colombia Public High School: fairly new, twenty-five teachers
  4. Police Station (16): has nine cars and eighteen police officers
  5. Old Medical Clinic:  three doctors (understaffed), long waits
  6. Big Park: towards the end of the city with a large fountain, lots of old large oak trees, hiking trails
  7. Colombia Community Pool which has free admissions on weekends; lots of loitering
  8. Bridge(2) : one at each end of the power plant.  One is broken, the other is not.
  9. Jail: big, a lot of inmates, dingy, big electric  fence
  10. Post Office: Number 7
