Disgusting rooftop (pool which is no longer in use), but still accessible
Overgrowth of Ivy all over the building, including the roof
Two elevators, neither work, but service elevator does
Basement:
- Dusty
- Rats running all over the place
- Grimey
- Exposed pipes
- Electricity hub / breaker
- Laundry room in the basement (everyone’s gotta do laundry)
- Trash collected here if it doesn’t fit in trash chute
Lobby / First floor: contains a mail room, stair and elevators, and desk where guard or greeter person could sit, non-functional fountain in lobby, black and white checkered floor, sitting areas, small coffee cafe was a renovation and now exists in the lobby (not good or bad, just provides caffeine)
Second Floor: 10 small apartments (only 6 are functional) #s 201-210 (201, 203, 204, 207, 209, 210 functional) Not functional, but taken 202.
Third floor: 10 small apartments (all functional) #s 301- 305,306, 309, 310
Fourth floor: 8 small apartments (only 5 functional) #s 401-406, 408 (402, 403, 404, 407, 408 functional)
Fifth floor: 8 small apartments (all functional) #s 501-508
Sixth floor: 5 decent sized apartments #s 601-604, 605
Seventh floor: 5 decent sized apartments (only 3 functional) #s 701-705 (701, 702, 703 functional)
Eighth floor: 2 fancy penthouses, only one (802) is functional and can be lived in (801 also exists)
“Non-functional” means water, electricity, etc. one or more do not work
